Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with rigid frame construction.
• Demonstrated ability to read complex erection drawings.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of metal building projects from layout to inspection.
• Operate rigging and hoisting equipment safely.
• Mentor Helpers and less experienced crew members.

Skills

Hands-on experience with rigid frame steel erection

Ability to read and execute from engineered drawings

Proficiency with structural steel tools and rigging

Strong communication skills
