Matrix HR is seeking Apprentice and Journeyperson Structural Ironworkers for a major industrial construction project in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The role involves installing and assembling structural steel, working at heights, and collaborating with an experienced crew on a large-scale site.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team within an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson Ironworker ticket (for Journeypersons) or active Apprentice registration (for Apprentices)
• Valid Fall Protection certification
• Ability to work safely at heights
• Valid government-issued identification
• Ability to complete required project orientations
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Ability to work the required project schedule (10/4 or 5/2)
