Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Crew Lead to manage field erection crews across Alberta. In this critical role, you will lead 3-6 builders in erecting self-framing steel buildings, ensuring quality and safety while serving as the main client contact on-site. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience and a strong leadership instinct. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience erecting self-framing steel and rigid frame metal buildings.
• 2+ years of proven experience leading a field erection crew.
• Strong client communication and professional on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 3–6 builders through all phases of steel building erection.
• Read and interpret engineered erection drawings.
• Own site safety and run daily tailgate meetings.
