Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking skilled Structural Ironworkers to join our Fort Saskatchewan, AB project team. You will support structural steel erection and installation while working with an experienced crew committed to safety, quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Ironworker certification or Apprentice Ironworker registered with a provincial authority.
• Previous industrial construction experience required.
• Comfortable working at heights and able to work in an active industrial environment.
• Valid Fall Protection certification and government-issued ID.
• Orientation training prior to starting work.

Responsibilities

• Erect, install and align structural steel components per engineered drawings.
• Perform bolt-up, torquing and structural assembly to specification.
• Rigging and signalling for crane lifts and guiding loads safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and lift plans to support installation.
• Complete FLHAs and follow site safety procedures, including fall protection and permit requirements.
• Operate and inspect tools, rigging equipment and access equipment.
• Support material handling, site organisation and general crew activities.
• Complete work safely and to Ledcor’s quality standards.
