Job summary
A leading Canadian manufacturer of steel structures is seeking Helpers to join field erection crews across Alberta. You will assist in assembling self-framing steel buildings and other structures for commercial and industrial clients. Ideal candidates should possess a strong work ethic, physical capability for labour-intensive tasks, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience required as training will be provided. Competitive pay of $20-$26/hr with various benefits including health insurance and allowances for travel.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work in construction from the ground up.
- Prior experience in construction or skilled trades is an asset.
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting over 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install complete steel building systems.
- Safely transport and install materials including metal panels and framing.
- Follow safety protocols and complete end-of-day site cleanup.
