Qualifications

• Journeyman qualification and generator experience preferred.
• Valid Class 5 license with clean driving record; Class 3 is an asset.
• Willing to work overtime and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair generator systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair 15kW to 130kW generators and climate control equipment (field and shop).
• Inspect, diagnose, and test engine and generator components using diagnostic tools.
• Repair or replace fuel, electrical, and control system components.
• Test repaired systems to manufacturer specifications and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Discuss work with supervisor and advise customers on repairs and future needs.
