Job Summary :

Journeyman or Foreman Plumber(s) needed immediately for project, installation, and commercial mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Work independently with minimal supervision.
2. Read blueprints, determine layouts for plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, and repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems. Install commercial and residential plumbing fixtures.
3. Install various types of mechanical equipment and associated piping.
4. Perform hydronic retrofits, e.g., boilers, pumps.
5. Reinstall heat pumps.
6. Install natural gas (NG) distribution piping and size according to code.
7. Follow safe work practices and provide high levels of customer service.

Qualifications :

1. Active gas ticket, B ticket minimum.
2. Steam or Plumbing ticket.
3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Foreman.
4. Understanding of mechanical installation and local codes.
5. Valid BC Driver’s License.
6. Experience managing prime contractor projects.
7. Experience working with multiple sub-trades, journeymen, apprentices, owners, and consultants.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
9. Ability to lift heavy materials, tools, and equipment as needed.

Pay Range :

$18 to $52 per hour
