Job Summary:

Journeyman - Foreman Plumber(s) required immediately for project, installation, and commercial mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Able to work with minimal supervision.
2. Read blueprints, determine layouts of plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, install commercial & residential plumbing fixtures.
3. Installation of various types of mechanical equipment and associated piping.
4. Hydronic retrofits i.e., boilers, pumps.
5. Chiller retrofits.
6. Heat pump re & re’s.
7. Air handler installs.
8. Install NG (natural gas) distribution piping and size as per code.
9. Safe work practices, provide a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

1. Have an active gas ticket, B ticket minimum.
2. Steam or Plumbing ticket.
3. Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Foreman.
4. Understanding of Mechanical Installation and local codes.
5. Valid BC Driver’s License.
6. Running prime contractor projects.
7. Working with multiple sub-trades.
8. Working with multiple Journeyman and Apprentice.
9. Working with owners and consultants.
10. Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
11. Must be able to lift heavy materials, tools, and equipment when required.
