Job summary

Element Technical Services Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Electrician with 1–3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. You will perform monthly PM services, software updates and contribute to the training of lower-level technicians.

The role includes a $2,000 signing bonus, RRSP/TFSA matching, a fuel discount and a competitive hourly wage. Siemens PLC courses and engine/diagnostic software training are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Oil & Gas electrical experience.
• Willingness to learn and train on Element equipment.
• Good understanding of electrical theory.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of diagnostic software usage.
• Proficient knowledge of hydraulic and electro/hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Follow safety processes and procedures.
• Assist level 3 electronics technicians on major projects.
• Perform monthly PM services with minimal guidance.
