Job summary

Element Technical Services is seeking a Class 1 Driver / Shop Hand to join our Calgary-area team. The role blends yard operations with light driving, forklift and equipment handling, and general shop support. A $2,000 signing bonus is offered along with immediate benefits and RRSP/TFSA matching.

You will need a clean Class 1 license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, good communication, and the initiative to work independently or with a team in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Class 1 license with clean drivers abstract.
• Knowledge of industry is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player, able to take direction and communicate clearly.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Moving equipment around yard, transporting and picking up goods within a 3 hour radius.
• Operating forklift, skid steer and 1 ton truck with pintle hitch.
• Assisting with loading / unloading supplies and equipment.
• Assisting with part pickups and hotshots.
• Assisting maintenance staff.
• Shop / yard maintenance.
• Other related duties as required.

Class 1 Driver / Shop Hand

Hourly Wage: $25 - $30
