Job summary

Thermon is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to interpret electrical drawings, support assembly, testing, and QA of control panels. You will troubleshoot systems and ensure compliance with Thermon's quality standards, working closely with the Control Panel Production Supervisor and the Engineering team to keep production efficient.

The role requires Red Seal certification and a strong ability to read schematics, diagnose faults, and communicate effectively with assemblers.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to assemblers regarding electrical issues, questions, and troubleshooting requirements.
• Perform functional testing of completed control panels to verify proper operation and compliance with Thermon's quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished control panels to ensure accuracy and conformance with engineering drawings and specifications.

The Role

The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to support the assembly, testing, and quality assurance of commercial and heat trace control panels. This role involves troubleshooting electrical systems, conducting inspections and functional testing to ensure compliance with Thermon's quality standards, and providing technical guidance to assembly team members. The Electrician works closely with the Control Panel Production Supervisor and Engineering team to support efficient and seamless production operations.
