Qualifications

• Must be an indentured and certified Electrical Journeyman.
• Construction and maintenance electrical experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.
• Valid safety certifications: CSO, Standard First Aid, TDG, WHMIS, ESC Fall Protection, H2S Alive.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be local to Whitecourt or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform construction and maintenance electrical work on industrial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and electrical codes.
• Complete job documentation, reports, and required project records accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors, project teams, and other trades to support successful project execution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities
