Job summary

PTW Energy Services seeks a local Apprentice Electrician to join our team in Whitecourt, AB. The role involves supporting apprenticeship hours, working independently or with a team, and contributing to a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include on-site electrical tasks with safety training and the potential for advancement within PTW. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess construction and maintenance electrical experience.
• Must be an indentured electrical Apprentice.
• Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work).
• Excellent communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to work safely.
• Must have valid safety tickets (CSO, Standard First Aid, TDG, WHIMIS, ESC Fall Protection and H2S Alive).
• A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be local to the area or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate

PTW is hiring a local Apprentice Electricianto join ourteam in Whitecourt, AB.

Job Details

• Shift: 5/2
• Working Hours:Opportunityto work 8 to 12 hours per day based on workload requirements
• Overtime:Overtime opportunities may be available on an occasional basis
• Travel Pay:Travel expenses are not covered for this local position. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area
• Apprentices:Support provided for apprenticeship programs and completion of required hours
