Crestview Group is seeking experienced and dedicated Journeypersons to oversee commercial electrical construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring quality control and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is considered an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Supervise, coordinate, and control a team of 4 - 7 workers at assigned worksites to achieve planned production rates in a safe, cost-effective, and quality-focused manner. This is a working supervisor position, requiring the incumbent to perform the same activities as those being supervised.
• Understand how the job comes together and anticipate potential difficulties.
• Ensure sufficient labor, materials, and equipment are available to complete the work on schedule.
• Direct the activities of all employees assigned to this responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional on-the-job experience can substitute for education.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) preferred but not required.
• Licensing/Certification: Current Journeyman’s License or 4th-year apprentice qualification.
• Experience: At least 3 years of field experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the specific work supervised.
• Skills/Knowledge: Familiarity with construction materials, practices, and procedures.
• Environmental: Outdoor work at job sites, involving physical labor and environmental distractions like climate and temperature changes. Physical hazards are typical on construction sites.
