Job summary

OCL Group Inc. in Prince George, BC, is seeking Journeyman Millwrights and Apprentices to join our safety‑focused industrial crew in the region. You will read diagrams, service manuals, fit bearings, align gears, and operate rigging equipment to keep heavy machinery running smoothly.

We offer LOA-based positions with $200/day, competitive wages based on experience and certification, bi‑weekly pay, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork on diverse industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Registered Journeyperson Millwright Certification or Apprenticeship card
• Must have valid safety tickets: AWP, Fall Arrest and Confined Space
• Nice to have: Zoom boom, skid steer, forklift and overhead crane experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience working in an industrial setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to and from site
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Read diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures
• Operate rigging equipment and dollies to place heavy machinery and parts
• Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances
• Align and test equipment, and make any necessary adjustments
• Perform predictive and operational procedures
• Repair or replace defective parts as needed
• Service and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
