Job summary

OCL Group Inc. in Prince George is hiring journeyman and apprentice millwrights for our safety‑minded industrial crew.

Read diagrams, service manuals, and align equipment to precise tolerances; operate rigging gear and install bearings, gears, motors, and belts. You'll have valid Journeyperson Millwright certification or an apprenticeship card, plus required safety tickets (AWP, Fall Arrest, Confined Space, WHMIS).

Qualifications

• Registered Journeyperson Millwright Certification or Apprenticeship card.
• Valid safety tickets: AWP, Fall Arrest, Confined Space, WHMIS.
• Industrial setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures.
• Operate rigging equipment and dollies to place heavy machinery and parts.
• Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts to precise tolerances.
• Align and test equipment, and make any necessary adjustments.
• Perform predictive and operational procedures.
• Repair or replace defective parts as needed.
• Service and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

What You Will Be Doing

• Read diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Journeyperson Millwright Certification or Apprenticeship card
• Must have valid safety tickets: AWP, Fall Arrest and Confined Space, WHMIS
• Nice to have: Zoom boom, skid steer, forklift and overhead crane experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience working in an industrial setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to and from site
• Valid and up to date safety tickets: AWP, Fall Arrest and Confined Space
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
