About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled IT Manager to oversee operations and support the ongoing development of IT systems in a high-availability data center environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, software, and cloud systems.
• Ensure availability, security, and performance of all IT systems.
• Lead IT team in system administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Develop IT strategies aligned with business growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Provide internal IT support for seamless application integration.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Maintain IT budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Profile
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT management or similar role, preferably in data centers.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity.
• Experience with ITIL and project management.
• Familiar with enterprise tools (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bilingual (French and English) required.
