Job summary

Partners in Employment in Regina seeks a Job Coach/Maintenance Coordinator to support clients toward employment goals. The role includes on-the-job training, training plan development, and close collaboration with employers to align client strengths with job needs.

Final candidates must provide satisfactory criminal record checks. The position is permanent, full-time with a compensation range of $29.01 to $36.05 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Human Service, or Education.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring others.
• Knowledge of supported employment practices and principles.
• Understanding of OH&S, Labour Standards and workplace accommodations.
• Ability to support people with disabilities and employment barriers.
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
• Satisfactory criminal record checks including a vulnerable sector search.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized action plans with clients and employers.
• Conduct worksite/task analyses and design training plans.
• Provide on-the-job training to build independent work skills and workplace integration.
• Maintain positive relationships with employers to support business outcomes.
• Educate employers about disability awareness to ensure understanding.
• Recommend job carving and development strategies for clients.
• Document and report on person-centered planning and outcomes.
