Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is hiring an IT Technician for our Vancouver office. You will be the go-to expert to ensure developers, designers, and creatives have reliable IT support to keep world-class games running smoothly.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience, strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical users. This is an in-office, full-time position based in Vancouver, BC.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Basic knowledge of network devices (configuration and administration).
  • Experience with IT service management systems and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS.
  • In-depth knowledge of PC hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Meticulousness in performing given tasks.

Estimated Pay Range

$74,700- $102,700 CAD annually
