Job summary

Marco Group seeks an IT Coordinator to deliver day-to-day technical support, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain IT systems. You will work with the IT Manager on cybersecurity, AI developments, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Responsibilities include device setup, software licensing, and user access management, with occasional after-hours support as needed. A supportive, inclusive work environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Experience providing technical support in a business setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11.
• Knowledge of iOS, device management, and basic networking.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Excellent organization and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding tasks, devices and access.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases and SOPs.
• Manage IT assets, inventory and lifecycle tracking.
• Support cybersecurity, data protection and best practices.
• Assist with evaluation and rollout of new technologies including AI tools.
