Job summary

TEKsystems in Ottawa seeks a Recruiter Trainee who will train with an Onboarding Coach and then progress to a Recruiter role. You will recruit IT consultants, manage relationships, and leverage AI tools to improve sourcing and decisions.

Role starts onsite in Ottawa with potential remote day after performance; base salary $45,000 CAD plus weekly commissions, bonuses, and cell phone allowance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience or 3+ years in a customer-facing role
