BRC is seeking an IT Systems Data Analyst to join the IT Systems team. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, system performance, and actionable insights to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate blends technical skills with strong communication to improve ERP functionality and reporting across the organization. Responsibilities include monitoring, data cleaning, report development in Power BI, and collaboration with business units to enhance systems and automate processes.

Formación

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS).
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data analysis.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution through IT support processes.
• Document system configurations, integrations, workflows, and system changes.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and implementation of new features.
• Provide technical support and guidance to ERP and enterprise system users.
• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain datasets from internal and external sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain and update system reports while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Support data imports, exports, and integration troubleshooting.
• Work with business units to identify ERP system requirements and improvements.
• Analyze existing infrastructure and recommend system enhancements.
• Write scripts or customized programs to support ERP functionality.
• Design, implement, and test system updates.
• Support system integrations, automation initiatives, and data transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data reliability.
• Recommend improvements to systems, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Support IT projects including planning, tracking deliverables, and documentation.
• Maintain ERP versions, upgrades, and system documentation.
• Promote best practices for system usage, data governance, and analytics.

We are currently seeking an IT Systems Data Analyst to join our IT Systems team. Responsibilities

Systems Monitoring & Support

RequirementsEducation & Experience

2020 Insight, IMOS, SolidWorks, PDM, AutoCAD, Project Spec, Biesse Works, Microsoft 365 Applications, Crystal Reports, and Reporting Services.
