Job summary
Air North in Whitehorse, Yukon, invites applications for an IT Systems Analyst. You will be the technical systems resource on the IT Systems Development team, focused on the PSS and SaaS platforms, translating business requirements into configurations and managing change processes.
You will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and IT Leadership to ensure system integrity, vendor coordination, and reliable operations across airline platforms, delivering training and documentation as
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in IT support, systems administration, or analyst role.
- Must be able to participate in on-call rotation and hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and willing to work in Whitehorse, Yukon.
Responsibilities
- Configure and validate airline IT systems, focusing on PSS and SaaS platforms.
- Manage end-to-end change processing, testing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors on releases, integrations, and issues.
- Provide Tier-2 user support and develop guides.
- Assist in system migrations, upgrades, and go-live readiness.
