Job summary

Air North Partnership is seeking an IT Systems Analyst in Whitehorse, Yukon. You will configure and validate airline platforms, focusing on the PSS and related SaaS solutions, and ensure operational integrity.

Work closely with the IT Systems Development team, manage change, and coordinate with vendors to maintain system performance and compliance. This full-time role requires on-call availability and a valid Canadian driver’s license.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support, systems administration, or analyst role.
Available to participate in on-call rotation outside standard business hours.
Must have and maintain a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
Must be able to obtain and retain a RAIC.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Monitor and validate system behavior across airline platforms; log deviations.
Own configuration change processing end-to-end: intake, assessment, implementation, testing, documentation.
Perform technical feasibility checks for enhancements prior to prioritization.
Track vendor tickets and escalation with IT Leadership and documentation.
Maintain accurate system configuration records, integration maps, and change logs.
Serve as primary technical contact with airline system vendors for issues, releases, and requests.
Support SaaS integrations between platforms and internal systems; coordinate with vendors.
