Job summary

Jabil seeks an IT Support Technician I to join the on-site startup team in Prince George, VA. You will deliver end-user support for PCs, servers, hardware, and software while helping build out IT infrastructure for a new factory startup.

Responsibilities include imaging and configuring PCs, AD user administration, and remote assistance. A+ is preferred; MS Office proficiency and strong customer service are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience, or combo of education/experience.
• A+ certification desired.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for PCs, servers, hardware, and software.
• Install and configure PCs and peripherals; manage user accounts via Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and support site-level incident requests.
• Maintain inventory; document solutions in Knowledge/Configuration databases.
• Support startup factory ramp and ongoing IT infrastructure readiness.
