Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA, is hiring for a manufacturing leadership role to startup and build the operations for a new large-form-factor facility. The position is onsite with a second shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday, and you will shape the process flow, staffing, and staff development from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a supervisor, team lead, or management role.
• Experience leading production teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with large form factor manufacturing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Monitor and manage production schedules, labor utilization, and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support staffing, training, performance management, and succession planning activities.
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Lead by example and promote a safe, positive, and results-oriented work environment.
