You will lead IT teams, manage projects, and ensure technology aligns with business goals in a fast-moving environment on-site. Requirements include a university degree and 5+ years IT experience with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• This role requires an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5+ years IT experience with progressive leadership experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand goals and expectations.
• Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and operations for efficiency and reliability.
• Lead IT teams including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Advocate for customers to ensure their needs are addressed.
