Job summary

PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Student for our BC Region – Richmond Office, starting January 2027 for 4–12 months. You will report to the Team Lead, Construction Technology Analyst and support district IT operations across office and site locations.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of computers, strong communication, and a service mindset. Training through PCL College of Construction and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers and basic hardware support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Previous IT support experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) IT support to the district, in office and site locations.
• Log IT-related support calls.
• Deploy hardware.
• Assist in maintenance of IT work areas.
• Handle equipment audits and shipments.
• Create process documentation.
• Assist Systems & Office Administrators in other systems-related tasks.
