Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking an IT Advisor, Governance, Orchestration and Strategic Execution to help deliver the IT 2030 plan and transform priorities. You will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, support governance mechanisms, and produce information to enable informed decision-making.

You will lead by influence in a complex, matrixed environment, working across enterprise architecture, portfolio management, and strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires governance, transformation, strategic advisory or orchestration of complex initiatives.
• Advanced French and intermediate English; communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead by influence in a matrixed environment; strong synthesis and strategic communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor roadmaps and transformation priorities to support strategic objectives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives across enterprise architecture, portfolio management, and governance.
• Prepare executive materials, dashboards, and analyses for senior leadership.
• Coordinate governance forums and track decisions, timelines and accountabilities.
• Highlight risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs to leadership.
