Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager, FinOps & Cloud Foundations, to lead cross-functional IT initiatives from inception to benefits realization. You will shape governance, manage dependencies, and drive value across finance, technology, and business stakeholders in a matrix environment.

You will guide the evolution of FinOps practices and cloud foundations, working with senior leaders to optimize governance, financial efficiency, and operating models.

Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant experience in project management or strategic program delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, CS, engineering or related field.
• Expertise in Agile, Lean, hybrid, or traditional project management methods.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and FinOps practices is an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in French and English, to advise stakeholders across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping of strategic initiatives with objectives, scope, outcomes, dependencies and success criteria.
• Develop roadmaps, recommendations, decision materials and delivery plans for projects.
• Define benefits and success metrics to track value delivered.
• Plan and manage full project lifecycle; coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Establish governance; facilitate decision-making forums and prioritization decisions.
• Engage business, technology and finance stakeholders through influential leadership.
• Manage scope, costs, schedules, risks, quality, and interdependencies.
• Support change adoption and benefits realization aligned with standards.
