Reporting to the VP, Technology, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organization's technology infrastructure while providing reliable, high-quality technical support to employees across the business. This hands‑on role combines day‑to‑day IT operations with system administration, troubleshooting, and technology implementation to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable business systems. The IT Specialist will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support hardware, software, business applications, and IT projects while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the user experience, and maintain technology that supports the organization's operational goals.
