We are currently looking for a IT Service Desk Technician to join our team of committed professionals. This full-time position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s Durham location in Sudbury.
Under the leadership of the Manager of Technical Services, the IT Service Desk Technician is responsible for first-line support to YMCA employees for all IT-related issues and requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently. The technician will play a critical role in maintaining the productivity of the Association's workforce by ensuring IT systems are running smoothly and effectively.
START DATE: August 12, 2024
LOCATION: Sudbury, ON
RATE OF PAY: $40,000 - $48,800 per year
