Qualifications

Previous IT recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting for ERP or SAP is a strong asset.
Proven success in recruitment, staffing, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and place IT professionals with leading North American organizations.
Conduct thorough candidate interviews and screenings for technical skills and cultural fit.
Source IT professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future opportunities.
Coordinate candidate interviews and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS database.
