Position Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently planning, delivering, and managing projects. Projects include business application upgrades, assessments, integrations, and new implementations. Business applications include ERP systems like SAP and JDE, which handle core processes such as finance, HR, and supply chain. It also covers specialized applications for finance, transportation, and other business functions, as well as manufacturing execution systems, advanced reporting, and data management systems. You will ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet scope and quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or applicable discipline
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working as IT project manager
• Demonstrated experience with MSWord, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project or Smartsheet
• PMP certification or equivalent experience and training
• Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus
• Bilingualism (French & English) a plus
• Ability to drive projects, influence, and lead change throughout organization
• Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and work through ambiguity, change resistance and setbacks
• Ability to understand and manage customer expectations
• Effective communicator at various levels of the organization (written and verbal)
• Flexibility and quickness to adapt to evolving conditions
• Creative approach to resolving risks and issues
• Results-oriented planning and delivery
• Ability to facilitate meetings and obtain consensus
• Ability to structure and organize information in a way that leads to clear decisions.

Reporting Structure : This position reports to the Director of IT Applications Program Management.
