Job summary

BCCNM is seeking a Manager, IT Operations & Services to lead IT infrastructure and user support, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable platforms. The role reports to the Director of IT and collaborates with ADS, QET, Architecture, Security, and Information Management to deliver high-quality services.

The position requires 7–10 years in IT ops, 3–5 years in leadership, and strong Azure/ITIL knowledge. Hybrid work, with up to 3 days remote, and a competitive salary in Vancouver are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT operations or infrastructure roles.
• 3+ years in people leadership or management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, Azure, 365, and end-user computing.

Responsibilities

• Provide people leadership across IT Operations & Services teams.
• Oversee enterprise technology platforms and user-facing IT services.
• Drive ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem management.
