Job summary

WNHAC is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead and supervise the IT department, ensuring reliable operations and alignment with organizational goals. The role oversees system maintenance, cloud and network initiatives, and collaboration with vendors and partner teams.

Ideal candidates will have a degree or diploma in a related field and 6+ years of progressively responsible IT leadership. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPNs, Active Directory, Azure, and PowerShell is required to support

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, network administration, cloud technology or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in technical roles demonstrating increasing management responsibility.
• Demonstrable experience with networking technology including TCP/IP routing, VPNs, Policy Management, Endpoint Management and Cyber/Intrusion Management.
• Experience with resiliency and backup solutions, service restoration and recovery.
• Experience with Office365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience with process automation, scripting (PowerShell) and configuration management.
• Experience with Service Migration and Project Management.
• Experience in working with Anishinaabe culture, values, and perspectives as well as traditional and contemporary health care practices and wholistic health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information technology department operations and manage staff.
• Maintain information management systems and provide timely support to all departments.
• Lead network and cloud initiatives and coordinate with vendors and regional teams.
• Monitor system performance and implement hardware, software, and data storage improvements.
• Develop policies to manage and mitigate technology risks and ensure compliance.
