Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking an IT Operations Intern to support deployment and maintenance of technology across the store network and head office. You will assist with openings, closures, relocations, and renovations while tracking equipment, suppliers, and related admin processes.

The role focuses on coordinating IT activities, engaging with internal and external partners, and contributing to project success in a dynamic retail environment. This is a temporary, part‑time position based in Canada.

Qualifications

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Computer Science, completed or in progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English (role involves suppliers across Canada).
• Interest in technology infrastructure and network environments.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or academic project related to networks or technology deployment is an asset.
• Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store openings, relocations and special IT projects.
• Ensure technology equipment and services are implemented per standards.
• Facilitate communications between head office, stores and project suppliers.
• Follow up with suppliers to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Inventory IT assets and maintain accurate data.
