Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Sport Management, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is considered an asset.
• Previous work-term experience is an asset.
• A passion hockey is a strong plus!
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce & Content Support: Monitor promo content and fix issues on the PHL site with Digital/Marketing.
• Loyalty & Sales Analytics: Track Triangle Rewards performance during promos and summarize findings.
• Operations Performance Checks: Track short-rate trends and store follow-ups with Field Ops.
• Flyer & Promo Launch Coordination: Consolidate weekly updates and communicate changes to stores.
• Contact Database Management: Develop, maintain, and enhance business contact databases.
• Process Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs to improve consistency and efficiency.
