Job summary

Creston & District Credit Union is seeking an IT Manager & Systems Support Analyst to own the technology landscape and drive our digital banking and web presence. You will work as the sole tech expert, coordinating with our IT service providers and external partners.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on administration, helping manage the technology budget and protecting systems from cyber threats while maintaining hardware and digital signage.

Qualifications

• Standard Pathway: High School Diploma AND a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Art, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field (or 1 year of formal post-secondary Business Studies including marketing coursework) PLUS relevant job-related experience.
• Experience in Lieu of Education: 4 to 6 years of direct, relevant job-related systems analysis or IT experience.
• Alternative Pathway: An equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable to Creston & District Credit Union.

Responsibilities

• Act as sole technology expert; own the entire technology environment and liaison with third parties.
• Bridge leadership and tactical system administration, project management, budgeting.
• Administer digital banking platforms, protect infrastructure against cyber threats.
• Maintain hardware, manage web presence and digital media channels.
• Lead ongoing IT initiatives over the next 36 months to upgrade member technology experience.
