Job summary

Central 1 Credit Union is seeking a Financial Systems and Automation Specialist to optimize and enhance our financial planning and reporting platforms. You will partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and leaders to deliver reliable data, dashboards, and analytics across the organization.

Based in the Greater Toronto Area, this 24-month term role emphasizes system performance, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to enable strategic decision-making with Workday and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing financial and management reporting within financial institutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials, including administration and configuration.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, AP, AR, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Finance, HR, and business teams with reporting expertise and solutions.
• Gather requirements and translate into scalable reporting and system solutions from design to implementation.
• Manage configuration, workflows, security, and integrations of financial systems.
