The project :

This role will involve managing a range of infrastructure projects, including datacenters, hardware and software implementations, and managing dependencies and impacts across multiple sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that vendors are aligned with the project goals and timelines while collaborating with internal teams to define strategies and priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, managing all aspects of vendor collaboration and project development.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to define project strategies and priorities, and align them with business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies between multiple infrastructure projects and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
• Implement an Agile mindset within the team, while adapting to the current organizational processes.
• Work with the PMO to ensure governance, project discipline, and alignment with business strategies.
• Develop a clear project management plan, focusing on prioritization and execution strategies.
• Ensure the vendors are tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and providing timely updates.
• Provide support and guidance to the vendors.

Skills and Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience with vendor management, building strong relationships, and ensuring vendor deliverables meet expectations.
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team to define and align priorities and strategies.
• Agile mindset with a flexible approach to adapt according to different scenarios.
• Experience in IT infrastructure project governance, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with PMO processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across different levels.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large portfolio of infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.

About the role :

• Working hours : 40 hours per week.
• Primary location : Toronto, Canada.
• Work model : Hybrid (2-3 days on site).
