Job summary

Niagara Casinos is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to design, implement, and maintain our technology backbone across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will lead a team of infrastructure engineers, drive security practices, and align IT initiatives with business goals for a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

Reporting to the Director, IT, you will manage budgets, vendor relations, and service delivery, while ensuring uptime, performance, and end-user support across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in datacenter infrastructure roles, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record managing infrastructure in a multi-datacenter environment.
• Strong technical background in networking, virtualization, Remote Desktop Services, Windows Server environments, and automation tools or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
• Maintaining and enhancing network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems.
• Leading, mentoring and growing a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Managing the processing of incoming calls to the Service Desk to ensure timely resolution of end-user issues.
• Working with Leadership to align IT budgets, strategy and technology roadmaps with business needs.
