Job summary

Canada’s Wonderland is seeking an IT helpdesk specialist to support associates and guests with POS, debit/credit, and related systems. This on-site role requires strong Windows and Office skills, plus hardware/software troubleshooting.

You will handle on-site and phone-based helpdesk, perform routine maintenance, and resolve complex issues while following park policies. Candidates must be 18+, with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS and MS Office applications.
• Proficient troubleshooting of software, hardware, and network issues.
• Basic networking knowledge (Ethernet, TCP/IP) and related protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and provide own safety shoes.
• Availability for flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prioritize, and respond to issues with POS, Debit/Credit, and related systems.
• Address IT helpdesk issues on-site and over the phone.
• Resolve in-house and 3rd party software/hardware problems.
• Perform upgrades and preventive maintenance to PCs.
• Research and resolve complex issues with expert solutions.
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
