Job summary

Stingray is seeking a full-time IT Technician to join the Helpdesk team in Montreal. You will support hardware, software, and AV equipment across multiple sites, with on-site work four days a week and occasional after-hours as needed.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Operations, you will resolve issues, document solutions, and ensure high-quality service across the organization, including travel to satellite offices 2–3 times per year.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma (DEC) or AEC in computer science.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in an equivalent role.
• Desire to install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones and audiovisual equipment.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS.
• Office 365 proficiency.
• Active Directory knowledge (groups/users/objects).
• Fluency in French and English for Montreal and satellite offices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational autonomy.
• Able to see objectives through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to after-hours support as part of a shared schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to technical support requests from our Montreal head office and satellite offices.
• Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues across platforms including videoconferencing equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade employee workstations, laptops and phones.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• On-site work 4 days/week, up to 5 days as needed.
