Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking an analytical and resourceful Analyst, IT & Digital Administration to join the IT & Management Governance team for a 13-month term in Winnipeg. The Administrative Analyst supports budgeting, reporting, executive materials, and day-to-day coordination, enabling leadership with accurate information for decision-making.

Qualificações

• 2+ years’ experience in an administrative analyst, administrative assistant or similar role with exposure to budgeting and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to prepare reports, presentations, and well-structured documents.
• Ability to adapt to evolving tools, systems, and processes.
• Comfortable supporting IT, digital, or technical teams and handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with tracking departmental budgets and preparing monthly reports on actual spend.
• Support time-tracking activities to ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Analyze trends, validate data, and work with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
• Assist in creating clear, visually compelling presentations for executive updates and meetings.
• Format documents, reports, and correspondence to maintain consistent organizational standards.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President, IT & Digital, including calendar coordination and meeting preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review customer billing details and confirm resource utilization.
