Qualifications

• ITIL v4 certification required. Banking/financial services experience preferred.
• Experience supporting IT change management in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the Change Management process daily, providing process and client support
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IT Service Management Change processes and tools
• Chair and manage various Technology Change Management meetings
• Review submitted Change requests for completeness, compliance, and risk assessment
• Evaluate impact and risk associated with Changes and recommend mitigation strategies
• Work with teams to define, document, and enforce ITSM policies, processes, and procedures
• Facilitate scheduled and adhoc process training for stakeholders
• Develop and present key performance metrics for enterprise Change Management processes
• Drive process improvement and organizational maturity in IT Service resolution activities
• Facilitate collision mitigation and conflict resolution during change activities
• Support Change Post Implementation Review process and track improvement plans
• Collaborate operationally and relationally with incident, problem, and configuration teams

Are you an experienced IT professional ready to support critical technical operations?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an IT Change Coordinator-ITIL/Banking. This position involves managing IT service requests, supporting change management processes, and ensuring operational stability across various IT environments. The successful candidate will work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable technical support, facilitate change implementation, and improve service management workflows.

Pay rate range (CAD): $39.12/hr - $46.94/hr

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the Change Management process daily, providing process and client support

Desired Skill-Set

• IT technical support experience in enterprise environments
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• ITIL v4 certification (ITIL v5 preferred)
• Experience reviewing technical documentation
• Asset management experience
• Knowledge of IT change management processes and methodolgies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial services or banking environments
• ITIL v5 certification
• Experience with operational risk management or change enablement tools
• Knowledge of automation or AI tools supporting ITSM processes
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
