The Sponsor Billing & Finance Squad within Workplace Solutions Application Delivery is seeking a Business Systems Analyst. This key role acts as a bridge between various departments within the Workplace Solutions business units, supporting the delivery and maintenance of capabilities for the portfolio. The role involves collaboration with vendors and business partners in the Sponsor Services and Finance sectors.
The Business Systems Analyst will lead the analysis of business problems, develop requirements, contribute to solution discussions, and translate business needs into developer-friendly functional and non-functional requirements for design, development, and testing related to application support or configuration.
The successful candidate will gain a deep understanding of Workplace Solutions' needs and how systems support the core business mission. Responsibilities include:
Additional activities involve problem-solving, impact analysis, validation of solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and communication with stakeholders regarding technical components, risks, and issues.
You will work with technologies such as Web Services & APIs, Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, IBM Data Studio, and tools like Changeman, CA tools, PowerBI, and more. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and familiarity with DevOps practices are desirable.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with a background in Computer Science or related fields. Experience in Mainframe technologies, Agile environments, API development, and data modeling is required. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office is expected.
The role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure. The position offers a salary range of $58,600 to $107,500 annually, with additional benefits.
