Job summary

Colonnade BridgePort Inc. is seeking an IT Applications & Support Specialist in Ottawa to provide hands-on support across the organization.

The role focuses ~80% on application support (Yardi, Salesforce) and ~20% on general IT tasks, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Windows, and devices. The successful candidate collaborates with a small IT team, documents processes, and escalates complex issues to external resources when needed.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in application, systems, or IT support.
College diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with at least 2 of Yardi, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Entra, and Intune.
Experience supporting iPhones and Android devices.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day application support for Yardi and Salesforce, including access, permissions and configuration.
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Windows and other business apps.
Troubleshoot application issues and escalate with vendors when needed.
Assist with application updates, testing and new functionality rollout.
Document issues, solutions and procedures clearly for users.
