iA Financial Group is seeking an IT and Business Process Integration Analyst to lead the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries with corporate IT processes, systems, and standards. Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Advanced level of both French and English, with daily collaboration with unilingual English-speaking partners across Canada and internationally.
  • Experience analyzing IT contracts and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Ability to map, optimize, and standardize IT processes and architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze subsidiary technology environments to identify gaps relative to corporate IT standards.
  • Document architectures and technical workflows; assess migrations to organizational systems.
  • Map existing IT processes and develop transition plans toward the target operating model.
  • Gather and structure business requirements and produce functional documentation.
  • Analyze IT contracts and support technology purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business partners to ensure successful integrations.
  • Support risk identification, governance, and monitoring of integration activities.
  • Assist change management initiatives and promote adoption of corporate processes.

  • Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business partners to ensure successful integrations;
  • Contribute to risk identification, project governance, and the monitoring of integration activities;
  • Support change management initiatives and promote the sustainable adoption of corporate processes and solutions.

  • Has an advanced level of both French and English, as the incumbent will collaborate daily, both verbally and in writing, with unilingual English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders across Canada and internationally;
