iA Financial Group in Quebec invites an IT and Business Process Integration Analyst to join a team focused on integrating newly acquired subsidiaries and aligning IT processes, systems, and contracts with the corporate operating model.

You will analyze technology environments, map processes, support change management, and collaborate with IT and business partners across Canada and internationally, in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Advanced level of both French and English, collaborating daily with unilingual English-speaking partners across Canada and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze subsidiary technology environments to identify gaps relative to corporate IT standards.
  • Document architectures and technical workflows, and assess the impacts of migrations to organizational systems.
  • Map existing IT processes and develop transition plans toward the target corporate operating model.
  • Gather and structure business requirements, and produce the necessary functional documentation.
  • Analyze IT contracts, identify consolidation opportunities, and support technology purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business partners to ensure successful integrations.
  • Contribute to risk identification, project governance, and the monitoring of integration activities.
  • Support change management initiatives and promote the sustainable adoption of corporate processes and solutions.
